Cant Access Webgui

Hello,

I am unable to access SAP via webgui method.

I have followed this procedure to activate the services -

1) started these services by SICF -

/sap/public/bc/its/mimes

/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

2)In SE80 , published Internet Services: SYSTEM , WEBGUI and ITC

3) I have also used TX - SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL (after reading some thread)

4)Now when i Browse to http://<server>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/! , it does not start.

Please help me to resolve ths issue.

Hi,

What is the error message you are getting. Please check if the host entry of the server is made in host file. If not then do so and try. Also, check if the icmport is enabled or not. After this still you get error then please paste what is the error you are getting.

Hi Sharma,

1.Do you use standalone ITS server or an Integrated ITS server? If it is Integrated ITS, please try to use http://<server>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui without the last "!"

2. Please make sure the firewall does not filter any incoming requests.

3.Please make sure the ICM processes is running is you are running integrated ITS.

4.Please make sure parameter itsp/enable was set to 1(True).

5.Please make sure those two ICF services were really activated (color with black, not gray or blue).

6.Please make sure the GUI Link property is set to Y for service /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

7.Please make sure the GUI Link property is set to " "(space) for service /sap/public/bc/its/mimes

8. ......I am thinking, please try it first, any problems, we can discuss later.
