Hi

I am getting the error "Inconsistent document categories maintained. Check Customizing" with message no WB2B E 147

while testing drop shipment scenario in GTM.

Can you help me out.

Hi,

In the drop shipment scenario, generally GR is not done.

so probebly you should check if the GR checkbox is checked in the item category customizing for the item category you have choosen.

Transaction WB2B_CUS

->Trading Contract

->Define Item Categories

choose the item category and goto the details to check.

Hi Nirav,

One more possibility is that you have customized Trading contract Group incorrectly. You have to maintain

the default business step for the SO and PO which will be generated from TC.

To be frank, I don't have much exposure to GTM, it is just an effort to assist you.

So, you can check following SAP Notes:

Note 943311 - GTM: Integrating SAP Oil & Gas (IS-Oil) interfaces

Note 1023949 - Program terminates after you implement Note 943311
