Random Change in Travel Management

Experts,

We are experiencing a strange problem where the user creates a travel expenses(TRIP) and enters expenses by selecting respective expense types and saves it. The expectation is that the trip is saved as Trip but randomly it is showing it as Travel Request with status 'request recorded'. Unfortunately this issue cannot be replicated as it happens randomly. We've investigated the profiles of the users for any different setup but everything seems to be setup as standard.

We use travel management in SAP R/3 4.7 version and cannot solve this.

Am interested to know similar experiences with any of you out there!

What is the value assigned for the parameter " WRP " in the feature TRVPA?

To see the value, go to the transaction PE03 and then enter the feature "TRVPA" ---> click Display --> select the country --> then see the value for the parameter WRP.

Thank you Anil.

I have checked the WRP and it is set to '3' which means the status 'Trip Completed' is written upon saving any trip. However, the configuration seems to be ok but the random behaviour from trip to request and writing the status as 'Req.Recorded' is out of my imagination. The difficulty here is it is hard to replicate.
