how to control Automatic TO

hi,

after completing quality inspection i am moving goods to warehosue on that time automatically one TR is created and that TR convert automatically as TO , my requirement is i want to control that TR into TO as manual. i check the configuration in omlj and omlr i didnt able to find outwhere i have to make change.

Please make necessary settings in OMKZ and OMKX.

In OMKX select the required movement type and in the Immediate TO creation field put a blank instead of "A".This will tirgger automatic TO creation in the back ground every time movemenet type 311 is triggered.

Please select for the regular movement type your posting the goods issue and also for the reference movement type in WM.

Go to SPRO-Logistics Execution- WM-Interfaces- Inventory Mgmt- Define Movt Types.

Select LE-WM Interface to Inventory management.

Copy the relevant movement type eg. Movement type 101 for warehouse *** to your warehouse and then Movement indicator B.

Assign A to the Immediate creation of TO field.

If necessary you can set the recipient of the mail but that is not compulsory.
