sales orders not visable in RRP3

Hi Experts

Sales orders for the materials are not visable in RRP3 but visable in ATP Product overview(ATP Check).

There were no errors even after running CCR.Please advice.

Hi,

This is probably just a display issue. In TA /sapapo/rrp3 goto settings -> usersettings, on tab orders mark "displ. cust. requirements with Qty 0", save and recheck.

Hi Vicky,

1) Run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 and check any errors or inconsistencies

2) Check all line items of sale order items are transferred to APO

correctly and maintained correctly in APO

3) Check the integration models are active

4) Check is there more than one integration model active for the line

items/sales orders

hi,

are you sure your integration model for sales orders is active?

check if your sales order demand is MRP relevant.

if not the sales order demands are not pegging relevant and have a confirmed quantity of 0.

in RRP3 you can change the settings to display demands with 0 quantity.

then you will see the schedule lines with quantity 0.

if not it is a CIF problem. the sales orders are not in APO.
