copy text (ctl+c) from desktop

Hello all,

I am facing basic problem with no idea how to solve it

after copy text (ctlc) from desktop (from word or excel) and trying to paste the text into sap (ctlv). no text is paste to field or screen.

I think this is GUI issue.

Please help me!

Hello

this is depending from:

- Unicode

- shared application or a desktop session

- INSert or OVeRwrite modus in sapgui

- the field which should usedfor the paste operation.... -> see note 508854 -> attached zip file

Then it might happen, some times it happens in my system also, but after two or three days it gets solved automatically.

Are you accessing sap through remote desktop ?
