sm21 error in PI server

Hi,

In my PI server, while i am running t-code sm21 i am getting error log as

SOAP Runtime protocol : SOAP Fault exception occured in program CL_SOAP_RUNTIME_ROOT==========CP include CL_SOAP_RU NTIME_ROOT==========CM004 at position 79.

Can anyone help me from this issue.

Hello Sampath.,

SAP is aware of this problem and the a new agent version should solve this. See note 1136330.

Until you install a new agent you can try the following workaround in order to avoid a lot of syslog messages coming from the SOAP runtime:

The batch job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR starts the RSCOLL00 program, which then executes the report RSN3CRAWLR in accordance with the TCOLL table. You can maintain the TCOLL table with transaction ST03N ('Expert' mode> Collector and Performance DB > Performance Monitor

Collector > Execution Times) and remove all the execution times (X) of the report RSN3CRAWLR, so it's not scheduled for hourly running in your system.

i have the same problem now and configured ST03N according to your instruction.

But I still get Erorr log every 5 minutes.

sorry. The error log is moved, after configuration it took effect 20 minutes after the configuration.

In addition, sap note: 1256192 correct the error too.
