Shopping Cart workflow should go back to requestor after restart

Hi All,

We are working on SRM 70 process controlled workflow.

There are multiple levels of approval with with few of them "Approval with Completion".Whenever someone in "Approval with completion" changes it we are restarting the workflow resulting in workitem going to 1st level apporver, 2nd level and so on.

But rather than going to 1st level approver we want it to go to requestor, 1st level approver and so on.

Can anyone help us to meet this requirement.

Hi Siobhan,

According to my understanding "Acceptance by Contact Person" is for sending work item when the approval process

is finished.So this can be used for 'REJECTION'.I am using it for rejection already.

But here the the approval process is not finished its still in "Waiting Approval" state , so can we use this method ?

Under the Process Schema Definition you should see the node

'Acceptance by Contact Person'. You need to add an entry here.
