SARA Archiving - MM_ACCTIT Object Failed

hi SAP Expert,

currently i was performing an archiving for object MM_ACCTIT, the job was running complete in PRD Mode and the archiving files also created in the archive directory but how come the table entries in OBJECT MM_ACCTIT remain the same?

OBJECT NAME TABLES ROW TABLESPACES (KB)

MM_ACCTIT ACCTCR 68,676,712 4,123,888

ACCTHD 9,448,347 783,688

ACCTIT 50,169,068 29,648,448

the job log details :

13,531,825 of 13,531,825 documents archived / 0 of 13,531,825 documents cannot be archived

Have you performed the 'Delete' step after archie run? if not, then nothing would be deleted from the database table.

go to transaction SARA, enter object MM_ACCTIT. Choose action Delete. choose the archive session which you performed. maintain start date and spool and then execute.
