Copy Control issue

Dear Experts,

I have copied in Copying Control: Billing Document to Sales Document i.e Target Doc - ZTDN (which is Debit Note) to Source Doc - ZF2H(Billing Doc) in Copy control.

When i tried to create Debit Note with Order Type ZTDN with reference to Billing Doc nos (ZF2H) i am getting below error.

Copying ZF2H TAN to ZTDN is not defined

Message no. V1473

Diagnosis

The system does not have any settings for copying from ZF2H TAN to ZTDN.

System response

The system does not copy the item from the reference document.

Procedure

If you want to be able to copy an item using the current sales document type and item types, supplement the ZTDN ZF2H TAN entry in copying control in Customizing with:

Guys what could be the issue.

In copying control maintain for ZF2H to ZTDN in tcode VTFA.

If maintain then check whether copy control for TAN I cat is maintained at Item level or not.

If not maintain the same for TAN.

Copying requirements- 002 Item/order-related

Data VBRK/VBRP- 002 Ord-rel.credit memo

Based on your process requirement maintain,

Billing quantity- A

Pos./neg. quantity- +

Pricing type- D

And then try with fresh cycle.

Dear,

Check in Copy control ( Tcode: VTFA) for Copying ZF2H to ZTDN at Item level that Item Category TAN exist or not.
