Rejection Reason missing in UAR.

Hi GRC,

Currently we are configuring UAR, while configuring the workflow as per the Doc we are not able to find the "Rejection Reason" Option in User Review.

Please suggest me any Config we have to do to bring this Option in CUP.

Hi,

Go to configuration -> user review -> Reason for rejection. You will have to download the template to your computer by clicking on download template. Update the downloaded spreadsheet and import it back via same screen.

Hi Aplesh,

Under configuration -> user review we ar enot having this Option. My Message is asking hpw to bring/activate that Option.

That means you don't have authorization to see that option. Assign all actions starting with AE to the AEAdmin role in UME. This will make sure you have all the necessary authorization to maintain configuration tab in CUP.

Hi,

Sorry, Currently I'm having AE * roles and Administrator roles in UME. Even though I'm not able to view that option.

You role does not contain action to see reason for rejection. Make sure that 'ViewManageRejectionReasons' action is part of AEAdmin role.
