How to find inspection plan operation description in table?

I checked in PLPO table but if I have 3 group counter for one group then I am not able to differentiate which one belongs to which group counter..

Please help.

thanks FF, your answer really help me lot.

Now I have list of inspection plan header (Group and group counter) combination from PLKO table.

With these group and group counter combination I want to go some table to pull MIC details. Could you help me?

I checked PLMK table but there is no field to enter group counter.
