It is not possible to print EK00 picking list with a variant from report RV56ABST. Its not an output for which condition record is maintained and determined separately on deliveries and which can be reprinted.
EK00 is really old functionality of shipping and is not a part of application V2 but V4.
This is only usefull to have the picklist printed automatically on deliveries creation without Warehouse management so that picking is completed deliveries.
EK00 print is possible only with printer assignment for a shipping point in transaction VP01SHP for V4.
