VS Optimizer is activity start date

Hello Experts,

I would like to control the optimizer activity start date based on the previous activity end date.

Example: if a freight unit pickup activity end date is 06/27/2010 18:00 hrs the next activity start date will be showing as 06/27/2010 18:00 hrs. However I would like to modify this logic for next activity start date for delivery as 06/28/2010 23:00 hrs.

Any insights on how this can be achieved using the optimizer BADI's? Please advice.
