Hi,

How do I assign the 'Transactions of type' in the change request tab under change management work center?

Currently there is notthing assigned and hence I'm unable to view my change requests.

Hi Esha,

This is natural phenonmenon of Change Management workcenter that you can see all tickets which are assigned to you or where your name is present only those tickets

if you want to see other tickets than you use Queries section in the same to build your queries.

Hi Prakhar,

It seems not so natural on my system.

The transactions of type is not assigned and hence I see none of my change requests displayed.
