We have the following for the text processing in the sales order;
A Header note without a access sequence need to be worked such that the text entered by one user should not be editable by another user.
Also the next user should be able to add his own text and continue, ifpossible the date and time of the text entered should be registered;
Is the above requirement acheivable in any way;
To my knowledge, this is not possible by the means of configuration. Even with heavy ABAPing this would be rather difficult to achieve IMHO due to the way the texts work and are stored.

The functionality you are asking is not at all possible in standard SAP. Even in ABAP you have to try really hard. However you can make subsequent users to enter texts in one interface, which can be saved in table with the user id and date plus time as the key fields (I dont know if having these many fields as key fields is possible at all, a developer should be tell you this).
In the sales order, these texts can be provided for a single text by means of a program or FM included in the correct user exit.
