Update the Check Mode valuees in APO system

Hi

We have a situation here where we are facing some difficulty

1) We have a development which determines customized requirement classes(ZA1,ZA2,....ZA5) etc., based on Sales area control using a Z-table.

2) Some how these requirement classes (Check modes) have been CIFed into APO system.

3) Now, we have to ReCIF the Sales orders so that the right check mode is CIFed into APO system (meaning old check mode values in the database is updated with the new check mode value ).

Please help me.

Thanks,

Babu Kilari

HI Babu,

The old sales order( craeted before change of requirement class) will always have a old requirement class in it.

even if you recif it it is not going to change.

Possible way:

1.Delete all the sales order in APO

2. Re-cif all the sales order in APO after writing a code in CIF sales order userexit to change the requirement as per your own logic

We've implemented the Z-logic at CIF level too and ran RIMODINI to get rid of this.

Thank you

Hi Babu,

I would suggest rerun all the integration models in sequence

right from location so that all objects will get updated

sequentially (say like location, product etc.,)

Check whether the requirement classes are updated to

all the items in the sales order

Run /SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKCUST or /sapapo/ccr to clear any

inconsistencies for sales orders
