Need help changing the email type received from Sol Man system from CCMS

In our email client we can see the email and content just fine but when trying to view it on our blackberry's all we get is the -more info- on the screen. When I ask for it to get the more info it comes back with nothing. I've tried it on a curve, pearl, storm, and storm 2. I know this sounds like a RIM issue but if I can change the charset or something of the email on my side I don't have to wait for our Notes admin to make the change. Dear Ryan

There is no place within the Solution Manager system where you can fix this. The Notes Administrator will have to make the changes on the notes server to accomodate the mail on a RIM device.
