Kindly inform from where the confirmation quantity comes or on what logic the quantity appears in CO09.Is it something different from ATP?

In general we will maintain seperate check group for aV check- for back order processing- standard-"BO"

Suppose if I dont have any stock now, then how can SAP confirm the delivery of materials at a particular future date?
Its depend upon how you configure in OVZ9 and if you use RLT- again refer Material master too.
