we are getting an following error:

Which is the trace file that you are looking at ? Can you please give us some more details ?

Dear Indshree
A bit difficult to isolate the issue from what you have described.
But check whether the FQDN is configured correctly in SMSY and also check whether the E2E extractor jobs are running fine. in particulars check the BI setup of the system, there might be a few pieces missing in the configuration causing this error.
