SLA Configuration in Solution Manager

Hi Experts,

I need to configure SLA for service desk messages in my solution manager . That is , I have to define the deadlines for tickets based on their prioiry/catagory . Kindly let me know the steps to proceed and if any configuration document for the same . I did not find any standard document from SAP for the same.
