Customized in development but not released to quality system

Hello,

I have come across a strange thing. I was trying to customize copy control in development system, but I got an error message: same key exits. when I checked the same entry exists in development system but it was not released to quality or productive system. It means somebody has configured this and has not yet released to quality. How can I see who has created it and the transport request number. I am stuck at the moment with this error as I can neither create a new entry nor release the transport as it does not belong to my user.

Could you please tell me how to see who and when has created it and the transport request number. Is there any table or program?

Hello,

I have selected the VTAF line and clicked on Change Log. I then got a list of all changes during the mentioned period. It fulfills the need temporarily. However I would like to know is there any way to find this changes. I need also the open transport request number which was not found from the result of change log.
