Portal BI Query is Not Eporting to Excel in IE 8.0 Version

Hello All,

I am using IE 8.0 version in Poratl i already integrated a BI Query in that query we can find button called Export to Excel when i

click that button it is not opening in the excel sheet but the same procedure i am doing in IE 7.0 is working fine.

So can you please tell how can i rectify this problem in IE 8.0. Is there any procedure for IE 8.0 to change setting level.

you are on what EHP and SP on your portal?

If you are on an IE8 supported version: do you get any Javascript or IE errors?

Did you try to use the Compatibility View mode in IE8?
