E-Mail issue in EIC
I have made all the setting for EIC and have activated the required services.I have executed the workflow
WS61000004 and have done a test one to see if the mails are reaching the agent inbox.
When I select the Inbox in EIC and give the task type as E-Mail I am able to see all the mails but I am not able to process it as its an error which says unable to read mail and also
An error occurred during event processing in view InboxResultView_VP.htm
An exception has occurredException Class CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

Component Set: HREICVP
Separate Display Mode: Off
View Set Name workViewSet
View Area Name workViewSetArea
History Type: Simple History Stack
Operation Mode: Automatic Recording of Changes in Work Area
In Tcode: CRMC_IC_MAIN i assume you have created your own Interaction Center WebClient profile.
Assign Function profile: Runtime with the new runtime framework profile (ZEIC) to your interaction center webclient profile.
