First of all you have to make sure that you have configured the BW publisher correctly. You can find more information about this in the installation guide for the integration kit (Section Integrating BusinessObjects Enterprise and BW) . In the CR Designer you must activate the option to publish the report simultaneously in the BOE system when you save the report under an SAP role. You can find this option in the SAP toolbar.
Your end users can view the reports either directly from the SAP GUI or an enterprise portal or even directly in the BO InfoView. For the first option you have to configure the http request handler using the /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN transaction. Just look at the Section Configuring the SAP http request handler in the following link:
