Please help me finding an SAP Note on SAP's Strategy on ADS

Hi,

I am searching for a note which gives SAP's strategy on Adobe Interactive forms and services. I had the note with me 6 months back but I could not find it again in SAP Notes Search remember some content from the note saying-

*SAP will stop new developments in Smartforms and HR Forms in future and will create any new forms using Adobe Document Services.

*SAP will support Smartforms and SAP Scripts to save the investments of customers

etc..

This note is very important for us to procure ADS in our project. Can you please help me giving the note number? I tried a lot but could not find it.
