ECP APP SERVER IS NOT COMING UP

Hi,

I had recycled our ECP server to clear up an any buffers and for

maintenance purpose. Our ECP environement is a clustered environment.

Anyhow, after restaring SAP instances, all of the instances come up

except for our ECP APP Server. I am attaching the dev_wo log.

Please advise as this is critical.

Hi,

• ERROR => OCI-call 'OCIServerAttach' failed with rc=12154 [dboci.c 4313] - Produce by simply changing of IP a small modification in Listner file init<SID>.ora / .sap etc, can lead to above message you can better look around any changes in these files or the best solution is to search in 443867 / 1295918.

I had recycled our ECP server => Next time please use a better pronouncation on list of SAP product.

OUR ENVIRONMENT IS BELOW:

After the reboot everything comes up except the ECP APP1 SERVER. Below is our setup.
