Listing/Exclusion does not work in CRM

Dear Experts,

I am facing a problem with my CRM 7.0 system i.e., The listing / exclusion does not work properly in CRM system, when entering product which is not listed for a customer. No error message does pop up when entering in to a sales order. The behaviour is worng.

my analysis:

I have checked all besic configuration in functional side every thing is looks good. I found in condition table there is a field PROD_PR_GROUP missing in CUS905 condition table in CRM and it is linked with R/3 KOTG905 table .If i tried to chane this condition table in CRM SPRO. Then it is giving a message like u201C Original of this table is not in the systemu201D.

Can any body help me to resolve this issue.

Hello KP,

regarding the missing field in the condition table you should consider the steps referenced in SAP note 514952. A missing field usually indicates missing entries in the mapping of condition table fields.
