Hi

Actually we upgraded kernel for our CRM7.0 System Patch level 32 to 55. by following the standard procedures like extracting the .SAR files then stopping the services as <SID>adm and copied the extracted files in \sapmnt\sap\exe

After doing so, the ABAP stack comes up , but it is in YELLOW colour with status "dispatcher is running and Dialog queue info unavailable"

So could anyone suggest where exactly its errorred and the possible reasons with rectifications......

This may happen if a SAP-MMC was open while you were exchanging the kernel. This starts the SAP service automatically again, even if you stopped it before.

I'd stop everything again, close all MMCs (also remote ones) and replace the kernel again. To be really safe you can reboot the machine.

I also suggest to install the newest kernel (dw_*) on top of patch 55.
