Restrict purchase requisition delete

Hi

I have to configure following scenario: In PR no release strategy is used. Once PR is converted to RFQ orPO, system should not allow the user to delete it.

How can it be achieved, without any development?

Any help is appreciated.

Follow the path:

IMG ---> Material Management ---> Purchasing ---> Environment Data ---> Define Atributes of System Messages.

Thanks a lot for immediate reply. I tested the same, it worked for PO, but how can I restrict deletion of PR, if only RFQ is created against that PR item.

Same is not working in case of RFQ.

Hi,

In Spro PR field Selection --> chenage the Deletion field as Display mode.

for this below field selection key:

AKTV

ME52

ME52N

No user can't delete the document.

If you set this then any PR document you can't do deletion in ME52N.

check if any other solution let you know.

Thanks for your reply. But using this solution user will not be able to delete the PR item in any case. But we want to restrict PR item delete only in case where RFQ is created in reference to the same.
