Assign keywords to project

Hi experts,

Can you explain how we can assign keywords to a project?

We would like to use keywords in Administration tab in SOLAR01

Hi

Please goto solar_project_admin

here goto project data tab and goto keywords...then template and again keywords

define keywords as per your requirement

assign to your project

You are ready to use for your project now...goto solar01 ....in the doc attributes and assign this keyword

you can assign mulitple keywords to a single document

Hey le Radis,

first you have to know that depending on customizing of your project in transaction SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN (tab project standard) you willl be able to use keywords for different items

- roadmaps (tr: rmmain)

- documents

- project structure (dofferent node of Business Process Hierarchy) (tr: SOLAR01 - SOLAR02)

Let's say you want to add a keyword to a scenario in transaction SOLAR01

You have to select node corresponding to YOUR scenario in the Business Blueprint Structure and then select go to Administration tab under tab keywords.

When you ll click on add a keyword if the list is empty that means that you did not assign any potential keyword to your project and that you missed prerequisite described below (definition of project standards in TR: SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN)
