Hi Guys,
i have successfully configured firefighter logs sent through mail and i can even receive mail, but problem is they are comming as a unknown format. I need it as TXT format.
I can receive other mails as TXT format from SAP without any issues.
SAP ECC6.0
AIX 5.3

Hello Sneha,
Request you to kindly make sure that you are on latest support package of SPM. This issue should be resolved there.
