You have to activate the "BI Administration Cockpit". More information in :

use the statistic cubes under node 0BW. search the forum on how to activate the statistic handling and on how to use the reports. this has been discussed more then once

I want to know the # of hits on queries on a periodic basis.i.e., how many hits during Jan / Feb etc and their user id's
