Hi friend s i installed ECC 6.0 ehp 3 with dual stack , and also in installed NE ehp1 EP . now ia want to configure ESS/MSS in my EP system , from this i need to configure ADS , which java stack i need to take for configure ADS . either ECC java stack or EP java stack ... Help me regrading this ,

Hi Kumar,

Although you can use any java stack for this, but it is better to use java stack of portal for ADS. One reason is that ur portal is on 7.0EHP1 while ECC would be on 7.0 only, so due to that also, better to go for EP's java stack.

Also, on 7.01 java stack, ADS comes preconfigured and you only have to integrate the systems with it.

Check the procedure in your installation guide/help.sap.com.
