Hi ALL,

Basically we are using Material management, No quality ,But only for material inspection we are using MIGO 101(Quality),and QA32.

After quality inspection i selected lone item and click on User decision , enterd UD data and material un-rest qty.saved.

In back ground material documents are genrated.

Now i wnat cancel material documents. user enterd wrong data in QA32 (UD). how can i cancel inQA32 material documents.

is it possible ?

Hi,

what I understand from ur quiestion is you have done MIGo 101 stock goes to quality then by qa32 UD stock posting stock get moved to unrestricted.with 321 movement.

If this is case then activate 08 inspection type & do MB1b with 322 movement

New lot will get generated ,then u have to process this new lot as per corrected entry.

OR other option is SAP note - 175842 is the only option to reverse UD with stock reversal.

HI Sanil ,

i activated in MM02 QM view --> 08 .

but in MB1B which refferance i made material document. using 322 for that material.

for example Mat : abcd

i placed 2 po's for same material . PO -1 qty 15 and PO - 2 qty - 20.

based on that i made GR(MIGO 101 quality).

IN QA32 i got 2 line items. for that i made UD and enter qty un-rest save.

In MB1B which material document reff i ll do. in MB1B no material document reff .

so how can i use MB1B. pls explain me step by step.

if any possible w.r.t PO.

as per ur suggestion i made it. and created lot. but this lot based on which po.

after this i want to sent back to vendor.

Hi

What I understand is you are not being able to find the material document.

In MB1B, go to transfer posting option on the top left corner. there click on create with ref --> mat doc
