Click Database - Set Datasource Location.

Find the correct datasource and update the top with the bottom.

Hi,

What database are you connecting to? The steps will vary on the type of database.

Generally, go to Database | Set Datasource Location on the menu bar.

In the Current Data Source box click on the table you want to change.

In the Replace With box, log onto the new database and find the new table.

Highlight the new table in the Replace With box.

Press the Update button.

In the Field Explorer box you will still see the name of the original table. To make sure the report is pointing to the new table, go to Database | Set Datasource Location.

In the Current Data Sources box click the beside the table.

Click the beside Properties.

You can see the Table Name here.

If you are using a SQL database, you can also see the table in the query when you go to Database | Show SQL Query.

Good luck,

Brian
