Rountrip catalogs (OCI) with TAX field ?

Hi guys,

The problem is:

1. Tax calculation is made in R3 (I have that config in img)

2. Ill integrate a roundtrip catalog, but.. this site makes its own Tax calculation.

Which is the best-practice ? I think the roundtrip catalog should not calculate tax.. am I right ?

If not, do you have any idea to solve this ?

Hello Diego,

Each country has different TAX system and regulations. I know some suppliers do business with B2C and B2B model. They calculate TAX to consumers (B2C) and do not calculate TAX for companies (B2B).

If the supplier does not send the net price, you can calculate it in the BADI BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER.

Hello Diego,

agree with Masayuki.

Ask supplier to provide prices without tax in catalog.

If you are using gross price to calculate net in BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER you will have problems if they change tax calculation (or tax percentage) in catalog.
