System error in routin ZAV_VERBUCHUNG

Pessoal, bom dia.

Alguém pode me ajudar a decifrar este erro: System error in routin ZAV_VERBUCHUNG

Tenho uma nota que esta com erro no validador... O erro esta no cadastro do cliente, extamente no Postal Code. Quando entro na VD02 e tento salvar com o codigo correto, me aparece esse erro. Nunca vi esse erro antes.

Apenas em Produção estou com esse erro. No ambiente de teste me deixa salvar tranquilamente.

I think I might have the same problem as you and fortunatly the reference to the OSS note 186910 was in English in some parts. So I hope it will help me for my problem. Thanks so far!

As users all over the world are trying to find answers to difficult questions it would be more useful to set up questions in English rather than in Spanish, Portuguese or another language.

Pessoal,

Para aqueles que, assim como no meu caso, não conseguiram encontrar a solução executando os programas informados na nota 186910 a solução foi preencher os campos "Nome do representante" na guia "Dados de controle", e "1º nome" na guia "Pessoa de contato".

Este erro pode estar associado a erro de integridade na base para este cliente.

Abra um chamado para análise e correção no componente LO-MD-BP-CM.

Verifiquei com o ABAP aqui, e isso é Standard. Vamos debugar aqui mesmo e ver o que esta acontecendo...

O Z* indica que não é SAP, porém é o nome do form e não do include em si.

Responde o chamado salientando isso.

Hoje eles me responderam que o problema esta:

Dear Melissa,

The error is cause by Reference Missing when trying to save the data

in the function module 'ADDR_MEMORY_SAVE'. It raises between the tables

KNA1 and ADRC.

In the note 186910 there are some report that check and fix the

inconsistencies. You can execute the report ZRSADRADRV in test mode

(that is, without making changes to the database).

Vou aplicar essa nota e ver se corrige.

Hi,

I am getting error message ZAV_VERBUCHUNG when I try to change telephone number in customer master data (TX XD02), I found that table KNA1 has the telephone number empty but the table ADR2 has right value in telephone number
