print form font is different to the pdf generated from it

Hi all!

We have a problem with a print form working in UNICODE with font iso_7_greek_helvetic.

When this form is printed in a common physical device that was defined on the SPAD, it works fine, but when we want to print the same form in a PDF, i.e. generate a PDF using a the driver PDF converter, the font generated on the PDF form is different, the letters are well interpreted, es greek, but the font type has a little difference with the font on the printer form ... the font is not the same!!

Maybe the printcontrols are different in a Printer PDF than the physical device printer?

Anybody can help me with that?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

How is the PDF generated ? via external send in messages ? or by FM in print program ?

If it is via external send, the problem is with the device type used in SCOT. Please check

Hi

The PDF is generated by output type (messages) Z with Storage mode = Archive only.

We are not using external send.

Thanks
