How to delete entries in table HRP1000

Hi,

I have lots of expired entries in HRP1000 in SRM system. (Around 26 million)

Do you know how/which report help me to delete the expired data?

I guess the below options:

1. use report to delete them in SRM directly?

or

2. use report to delete them in ERP/HR system and synchronize with SRM?

Try report RHPE_EXPIRED_QUALI . It might help

This report generates and displays a list of all of the planning objects in an organizational unit whose qualifications expired in the selection period. The list displays data on the planning objects,expired or expiring qualifications, their validity periods, and possible training proposals to renew the qualifications

this report only helps to find expired data.

now I found report RHUNIT00_BASE helps to consolidate the redundancies
