Editable Grid - Modified data not getting saved

Hi Experts,

I am new to webdynpro & was just practising for Editable ALV Grid column using the PDF "Creating a Web Dynpro Application Accessing ABAP Functions" .I was able to display the grid & I can even change the data in the editable column.My Problem is ,I could not save the changed data. Debugger not entering into the event handler ON_DATA_CHECK where the logic for SAVE is given.

The article is based on the Standard Program "WDT_FLIGHTLIST_CONFIG".

The program runs fine in ECC7.0 & not in ECC 6.0.

when SAVE button is clicked we get the error message "Javascript = void(0)".

It works in ECC 7.0 but not ECC 6.0? That is interesting, because there is no such thing as ECC 7.0. The latest version of ERP is ECC 6.05 - 6.0 Enhancement Package 5.

We have ECC 6.0 in our company. Enhancemet package not yet installed. I am not able to save the modifed data.Please help me.
