Error in S_ALR_87013558

Dear All,

In CJI3 report, the revenue entry has displayed when the S_ALR_87013538 report it has not displayed. This type of error is occurred in customer project only. Due to this the budget is displayed in the S_ALR_87013558 report but, the actual expenditure is not displayed.

Kindly suggest me the solution.

hi,

cji3 report displays the line items of actualcost/Revenues.

however the S_ALR_87013558 report displays budget/actual/coomitment/assigned it doesn't

displays revenue in this hireachy report because debit type for actual column was defined as cost based not revenue based.

for customer projects you have to excecute the revenue based hirerachy reports.

system reports are executed based on the debit types of each columns. there is option, run cje5 select form from left side of the

screen and on right side add the require columns like budget, actual cost with require debit types and you can also enhance formula if require between the columns.
