Delivery related issue....

Hi,

While doing delivery, when clicked on PGI I am getting the following error message-'Delivery has not yet been put away/picked completely'? I have not created stock of my material. Is this error message comming because no stock been created??

Also please guide me as to how to create stock?

To do PGI delivery quantity must be equal to picked quantity i.e. picking status should be completely picked. If the picking status is not completed then syetem will throw the message "'Delivery has not yet been put away/picked completely'" irrespective of the stock in the storage location.

Maintain stock per the material/plant/S.loc combination

In VL02N put the picked quantity under picking tab.

Enter the storage location and enter the pick quantity equal to delivery quantity in the delivery

Or

In the delivery document enter the storage location and the pick quantity.

Then in menu tab Edit-Confirm pick order/transfer order-All Items and do PGI.

Or

take use of tcode LT04 or LT12.

Hi..

Yes..you need to upload the stock first before u do PGI and also do Picking at the delivrey level.

To uplaod the stock directly go to t-code MB1C and enter mov.type -561, Plant and Storage location enter give ur material number and qty save.

You can check the forum before u post this sort of basic queries.
