System availability not show in SL Reporting

Dear all,

I have configured Service Level Reporting in our solution manager (EHP1 SPS23), and I have follow note 944496 in order to configure CCMS Ping and SL Reporting.

The problem is that when SL Reporting is generated, I can't see any data related to system availability.

Please, could you help me with this issue?

Hi,

1. Are you able to see the system availability information in your SolMan RZ20?

2. If yes, please check whether CPH has been informed about this MTE? (RZ23N)

3. Check for the data recorded in CPH.

If any of these does not show positve resutls, go through the mentioned note 944496 once again and check the configuration.

I can see all the information that you mention, but in SL Report doen't appears anything...

Do you know why it is happening?

Hi,

As everything is fine up to CPH, the issue may be lying in the RFC cnfiguration. Could you please check the RFC mentioned in the SL configuration and the Read RFC in SMSY? Also please ensure that these RFC are of type 3 and without any authorization error.

I have checked RFC connections and are ok (all checks are correctly and they are of type 3).

Have you reviewed SAP Note 94445 Omplementing CCMS-Ping in the SL Reporting?

Additionally you may find SAP Note 1043967 - SL Reporting: Enhancemetns for availability reporting?
