System availability not show in SL Reporting

Dear all,

I have configured Service Level Reporting in our solution manager (EHP1 SPS23), and I have follow note 944496 in order to configure CCMS Ping and SL Reporting.

The problem is that when SL Reporting is generated, I can't see any data related to system availability.

Please, could you help me with this issue?
