Do we need to activate the BADI for agent to use process controlled workflo

Dear experts,

Do I need to implement BADI for agents at every process level of process controlled workflow 7.0 or the standard enhancement will take care of it?

Any use case would be really helpful for my understanding.

Hi,

You can find pre-delivered responsible resolver in IMG configuration. If you are talking about activities in real customer project, most of cases Agent BADI implementation is required. Usually customer approval logic is unique and complex.

Hi,

SAP has provided the standard BC Sets which you can use to activate 0-level to N-level ( SL Approver ) for SC and PO.To activate any BC sets..please go to t-code SCPR20. If you want to implement your custom workflow approval process then you have to start build the custom one..
