Dear
Please see SAP [Note 1144644 - CCMS: Process monitoring in ABAP returns incorrect data|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1144644]
Most likely this SAP note will resolve your issue.
When you encounter such dumps, try to use several keyword on SAP service marketplace under the notes section [http://service.sap.com/notes]
In this case keywords used were:
RSDSPROC CONVT_NO_NUMBER
Kind regards
Tom

Hi Tom Cenens
I think that the note does not apply because there has been no change in the kernel or installing new Support Package, just the error started to occur, besides systems DEV, QAS are leveled in kernel and support package and not have this dump .
Thank you very much
Greetings from Chile
What is your kernel release, patch elevel and support package?
This dump is related to the monitoring system process, that runs every time in the system.
The process that monitoring the operation system level are not static, they can change along the time.
For this reason, sometimes in one enviroment they works fine, and sometimes in other not.
As per note 1144644, depending your support package, these program are not able work correctly in differents situations, for this reason have corrections.
cheers, Clebio
