Experts,
I am trying to integrate our ITSM helpdesk ticket system to GRC CUP and was wondering if SAP GRC Access Control web service SAPGRC_AC_IDM_SUBMITREQUEST will allow for this? Any information or direction could provide on this would be appreciated.

Are you you are talking about IBM TIM?
If yes then the following webservices are supported by TIM 4.6 and TIM 5.0 in AC:
u2013 Select Application (SAPGRC_AC_IDM_SELECTAPPLICATION)
u2013 Submit Request (SAPGRC_AC_IDM_SUBMITREQUEST)
But you will need an adapter, so contact your IBM TIM team for this.

We are actually using
SW name = HP Service Manager
Vendor = HP
Release/Version = 7.11.043 build 043 (aka 9.20 )
Is there anything out there around intergation with this software package? I am guessing it might be a mostly custom interface / devlopement? Please let me know your thoughts...
