Fixed Bin Replenishment

Hi,

I am trying to do fixed bin replenishment.

In LP21 a TR gets gets created.

In LB13 when I try to create the TO the system proposes the same bin as the existing bin.

For example: If I am doing replinshment from Bin A , the TO created proposes the same bin.

Can anyone shed some light.

Hi

Suppose your fixed bin is in storage type X1 and you want to replenish from storage type A1, A2, etc.

Create a new movement type 9XX by copying 309 mvt type.

Enter reference storage type in mvt type 9XX as some 9XX (this can be any number, better to have it same as mvt type).

Assign this replenishment mvt type to storage type X1.

Create a storage type search strategy including the parameter of reference storage type 9XX to determine storage types A1, A2, etc.

Your replenishment strategy should work fine.

Did you specify the storage type search sequence to be palced in your fixed bin with movment type reference ? Please make sure your do that.

Your replenishment movement needs to be configured to look in a different storage type for the stock that isn't in the fixed bin area
