Supplier unable to change his data in SUS

Former Member

Hi,

One of our SUS suppliers tries to change his contact details in the SUS client (via portal).

However when he saves his data he gets the following error : " Errors occurred during call of function module BUPA_ROLE_REMOVE".

He is hence unable to save his details.

Kindly let me know how to rectify this issue.

Also where in SRM where will I be able to see this changed data?

Thanks,

Nikhil.

yes, this note should help.

In tr:bbpmainint, you can display and edit business partners, check changes has been reflected here after the error solved by the note.

Hi,

@ Muthuraman,

Thanks for ur response. Applying the note enables me to save the supplier data.My second question is still unanswered.

Say my supplier changes his fax number/telephone number , then where in SRM can I see these changes? I logged in as strategic purchaser and in the "Business Partner Monitor" section I dont see the changes being reflected.

Pl let me know how to proceed?

Thanks

@ Lauren

Thanks for ur reply. But I cant use t-code BBPMAININT in SRM 7.0 as it cannot be called in easy access menu.

Let me know if there is any other option.

Thanks

Hi

Are you expect the data should flow happen from SUS to ECC - vendor data.

Hi Muthuraman,

No I want to view the changed supplier details in SRM not ECC.

Let me know that if data is changed in SUS by the supplier, where in SRM can I see this?

Pl update me asap.

Thanks,

Nikhil

But I cant use t-code BBPMAININT in SRM 7.0 as it cannot be called in easy access menu.

Get out of the "Easy Access menu" by "/n". And then call the transaction BBPMAININT.
