CUA admin ID gets locked after any change at central system's SU01

We have a CUA setup which has one problem:

Any time immediately after the CUA admin makes any change on the CUA central system's SU01, e.g. add a central system role or child system role to any user, the CUA admin ID is locked at the central system.

I never had this problem in my previous CUA projects.

Because only the central system has this error, I turn on the trace on the central system. Some trace as follows:

Thanks for your help.

HI,

which kind of lock is it?

I suppose a 128 (wrong password) lock.

If so please check all RFCs pointing form childs to cua central system.

You need ot test the connections in SM59 with the option 'Authorization test' so that the password is checked....
